Plans & pricing

MonetizeIt comes in three plans. It’s more than a license server: the same platform adds usage metering, analytics, in-app customer feedback and back-office connectors on top of licensing and entitlements — so you don’t pay for a licensing tool, a metering service and an integration layer separately. Every plan includes the core licensing engine; what changes between plans is how much you can run (products, licenses, API volume) and which growth features are switched on.

These are never gated — they ship with every plan, including Basic:

  • Offline & air-gapped activation with signed-license validation
  • Device fingerprinting / node-locking and floating licenses
  • Trials, bundles and entitlement templates
  • The audit log, email notifications and GDPR data-subject tooling
  • Capacity limits — products, licenses, entitlements, administrators, features and environments — are hard caps. When you reach one, the platform holds new additions until you move to a higher plan; everything already live keeps working.
  • API calls are metered per calendar month. Past your plan’s included volume, calls are rate-limited rather than cut off (Basic up to 100k, Professional to 1M, Enterprise to 10M), so a spike degrades gracefully instead of failing.
  • Active licenses warn you as you approach the limit, giving you room to upgrade before anything is suspended.
  • New accounts start on Basic automatically. Upgrading is just applying a higher plan — no migration, no downtime.
  • Community (Basic) — start with the documentation, then ask in public GitHub Discussions and file bugs or requests as GitHub issues (the client SDKs are open-source). The team and other developers help on a best-effort basis — no response-time guarantee.
  • Standard (Professional) — direct email support during business hours, with a target first response within one business day.
  • Premium (Enterprise)priority email plus a shared Slack or Teams channel and a named contact, with a same-business-day first response and a custom SLA available.

Response targets are suggested defaults — set your own SLAs before publishing.
