How-to guides for the people who model the catalog and run things day to day, mostly through the Provision Portal (and the equivalent admin API). The role in parentheses shows who can do each task — Admin can do everything.
- Set up your account and invite your team — assign roles. (Admin)
- Model products and features — catalog, metrics, versioning.
- Author and publish entitlements; manage customers, orders and codes. (Sales)
- Set policies — subscription, trial, time-restricted, seats & lease.
- Build usage plans and bundles.
- Renew, top up credits, release activations, approve and unblock users. (Support)
- Manage sessions and revoke licenses. (Support)
- Read reports — usage by entitlement, session activity. (Viewer and up)
- Administer access — users, roles, scopes and API clients, settings. (Admin)
