Bundles

A bundle is the thing a customer actually buys — “the Pro Bundle” — rather than a loose product-plus-plan. It packages three things together:

  • an entitlement template — the blueprint for the grant (base products, policies);
  • a plan set — the tiers and limits that apply;
  • feature choices — which catalog features are included, with any value overrides.

It’s the bridge between how you model your offering and what you sell. A bundle moves through Draft → Published → Archived; only a published bundle can be granted.

Bundling lets you assemble a sellable package once and reuse it across many customers: grant the bundle and the new entitlement inherits the template’s shape, the bundle’s feature choices, and the plan’s tiers — no re-picking each part per customer. When you resolve “what does this customer have right now”, active bundle grants are layered on top of the entitlement’s base.
